In this flow, the main user does not log into the ATS to manage the flow, they are managing the flow with the AI Agent along with standard workflow automation. In this case, the hiring manager asks the AI agent to post a job, manage the interview scheduling conversations, updating stages and to send an offer letter.
The workflows manage the sending the offer letter, sending the data to the HRM and assigning learning to the new employee. It is key to understand that AI is helping specific interactions that are data entry oriented in this flow. Specifically, updating hiring stages which triggers the right properties to send the appropriate triggers to the right workflows. This allows limited need for the user to engage in the ATS system and rather engages from the AI Agent interface.
In this scenario, a vendor is onboarding through the process for a company that requires some form of data collection. Again, the AI Agent here helps with the administrative workload of the individuals involved.
First, the agent finds a contractor in the subcontractor hall and responds back to the user with the key data points - area of work, types of work they can conduct, EMR rates, and other pertinent information asked. Then the agent is requested to send the onboarding request - the onboarding request is a series of automations that assign a requirement profile.
From there, the AI Agent walks the vendor through the process by having an AI virtual voice conversation. It prompts the vendor through uploading documents and signatures and answers questions. From there, they are required to upload certifications - this is where the agent uploads all required certifications in the appropriately place. Automation then assigns training based on gaps.
